代表の想い
努力のやり方が
下手だったからこそ、
自学自習の大切さに気が付いた。
当時は自分の努力のやり方が間違っているなんて、気付けなかった。私は、自他ともに認める真面目な生徒で、学校の成績は良かった。 でも、模試の結果はいつも悪い。今思えば、頑張り方が悪かったと思えるが、「お前は真面目にやってるから大丈夫！」って周りは 励ましてくれる。僕もやってきたことが間違っているとは認めたくないから、励ましを信じて頑張ったけど、結局成績は伸びなかった。 不合格の結果が出て初めて、自分のやり方は間違っていたんだ、と気付きました。
東京工業大学工学部
経営システム工学科を卒業し、
現在は経営工学博士CEO。
集団指導、個別指導、家庭教師、チューター、フェロー、採点等あらゆる大学受験指導の現場を経験。大学院で学習空間と自習を研究し、オフィスレイアウトの知見を学習塾に応用。 埼玉と東京に学習塾を一校ずつ、また埼玉に有料自習室を一校展開。 同大学博士課程に進学後、大手数社でアンケート調査設計やデータ分析等のお手伝いもしている。

パラリアへの想い。
「自習ってみんな重要だと言うのに、自習サポートに特化した塾がないのはなぜ？」そんな疑問が私の原点でした。
自習といっても、最近流行っている「AIが自動で弱点を分析！」とかではありません。2016年、オフィスレイアウトや暗黙知について研究していた大学院修士1年だった私は、自習サポートに特化した、自力で学ぶ力の向上にこだわった学び場が創れないかと考えました。ご縁があり、昔塾をやっていたご経験のあるシニアの方と一緒に、パラリアを創業しました。
ビジョンに共感して参画してくれる方にも恵まれ、現在メインメンバーは6名、拠点も春日部に2箇所、本郷東大前に1箇所にまで拡大しました。
私が目指しているのは、教育に想いがありつつも、教員は合わないと感じている方が、もっと自分の教育理念を表現していけるような場をつくるのが中長期的な目標です。パラリアのシステムは、中身を自由に変更できます。
このシステムを、自分の教育理念をかたちにしたい大学生に提供し、インターンを通じてより一層パラリアのシステムをブラッシュアップしていくと同時に、インターン生の自己実現のお手伝いをしていきたいと考えています。
会社としての収益を上げることより、受験生や大学生問わず学ぶ人の夢を叶えることにこだわって経営を続けていきたいです。
"Why is there no cram school that specializes in self-study support while everyone says that self-study is important?" That was my starting point.
Self-study is not something like "AI automatically analyzes your weaknesses!", which is popular these days. In 2016, I was in my first year of graduate school, studying office layout and tacit knowledge.
Then I wondered if I could create a learning place that specializes in self-study support and focuses on improving the ability to learn on my own. So, together with seniors who have experience of doing cram school in the past, I founded PARARIA.
As of 2020, four years have passed since the company was founded, and we have managed to continue PARARIA. Fortunately, We have many people who sympathize with our vision and will join us, and currently there are 7 main members,and many other collaborators with us.
The number of locations has expanded to two in Kasukabe and one in Hongo ,or Todaimae.
My goal is to create a place where teachers can express their educational philosophy, especially those teachers who have a passion for education but feel that they are not suitable for education in schools in Japan. The system of PARARIA is very flexible and can be changed rather freely according to teachers' educational philosophy.
We will provide this system to university students who want to realize their educational philosophy, and at the same time, we will further brush up the PARARIA's system through cooperation with those new members.
I would like to help students realize their self-actualization.
Rather than raising profits as a company, I would like to continue PARARIA by focusing on fulfilling the dreams of those who study, regardless of whether they are high school students or university students.
